JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder with any office-related course
Open for Undergraduates with 1-year work experience in BPO
Experience in customer support, customer services, or other related work
Willing to work in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City
Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor market trends and ensure the tool is updated.
Assess client’s overall financial picture and develop a counterplan for losses.
Create and propose strategic plans.
Address issues and provide solutions with superiors.
Cooperate with the team to meet organization’s standard.
