Mirandahr Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at Mirandahr. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via email and chat platforms.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role. If you have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and chat platforms
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed
