About the Position: Senior Consultant - Solution Design (Taguig) | Onsite

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in BPO/BPM industries, with at least some managerial experience in customer service operations.
- Prior experience in solution design is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about contact center operations, including RFP processes and bid management.
- Willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop tailored solutions to suit client needs and facilitate client interaction sessions.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Collect, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence and competitive data within a specific domain, providing insights for gap analysis and contributing to market intelligence reports.
- Process Enhancement: Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to achieve project goals.
- Contract Management: Draft and review Statements of Work (SOW) to define contractual terms for specific solutions.
- Collateral Development: Lead and guide team members in creating marketing materials such as flyers, case studies, and other collateral.
