Position Overview:
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve issues, and offer solutions related to various insurance products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with claims processing, including filing claims and providing updates on claim status.
- Explain billing procedures, payment options, and policy renewals to customers.
- Ensure that all customer interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
