About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through non-voice communication channels. Based in Taguig City Metro Manila, this position is a great opportunity to develop your skills in the customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improving your knowledge and staying up-to-date with company policies, products, and services

What we're looking for

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
