IT Infrastructure Systems Lead

About the role:

  • We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems Lead who will provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise across IT operations and infrastructure. This role covers servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, telephony, cybersecurity, and data center management, ensuring 24/7 availability and business continuity across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Operations support (24/7), ensuring SLA compliance and system uptime
  • Act as escalation point and subject matter expert during major incidents and outages
  • Oversee administration and support for servers, virtual machines, networks (LAN/WAN, Cisco/HP), routers, and firewalls
  • Ensure system resilience, infrastructure reliability, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Develop infrastructure designs, costings, and best practices aligned with IT and business needs
  • Apply ITIL disciplines across Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, hardware/software upgrades, and capacity planning
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to the IT infrastructure team
  • Monitor and improve infrastructure performance, security, and efficiency
  • Drive professional development and performance management of team members

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure and service delivery (5+ years)
  • At least 4 years leading/managing IT teams (direct or distributed)
  • Hands-on expertise in Windows & Linux servers, VMware, virtualization, networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, security controls, and telephony
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology, incident management, and service operations
  • Experience with cybersecurity, IT audits, and controls is highly valued
  • Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, Linux, Cisco, or HP are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and vendor management skills
  • Location: Brixton, Pasig (Hybrid Setup)

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
