Job Summary:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer (Level 3), you will lead the development of robust, scalable software solutions from initial concept through to deployment. You are expected to demonstrate deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, development frameworks, and third-party integrations. With a strong command of Agile methodologies, you will play a key role in designing system architecture, guiding implementation, and mentoring junior team members. You should have a strong sense of user experience and interface design and be capable of translating business requirements into high-performing technical solutions. Collaboration, technical leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential in this role.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent software engineering degree.
  • Preferably with at least five (5) years of work experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence, mentor, and empower team members to meet project and organizational goals.
  • Strong background in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong expertise in React and TypeScript for building modern user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Single-SPA for implementing micro frontend architecture.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design patterns.
  • Experience with responsive design and optimizing front-end performance.
  • Proficiency in , TypeScript, and frameworks such as , ASP.NET Web API, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of API development, including GraphQL (Apollo) and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization systems, including JWT, OAuth, and identity providers like Okta, JumpCloud, or FusionAuth.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, JUnit, Mockito, and Cypress.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Cassandra.
  • Familiarity with ORMs such as Sequelize and TypeORM.
  • Experience with Redis for in-memory caching.
  • Familiarity with message brokers such as Apache Pulsar, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (especially AWS EKS).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Rancher.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control and managing branching strategies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Windows-based applications and productivity tools.

Job Type: Full-time
