Job Overview:

Looking for a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to act as a crucial link between our Interior Designers and the Importation Officer. You'll primarily coordinate and monitor after-sales concerns, including warranty claims and service work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate & monitor warranty claims & service work requests with suppliers, contractors, and clients
• Maintain an accurate log of service activities including scheduling, status updates, and issue resolutions
• Provide regular updates & reports as a liaison between the Interior Design Team and the Importation Officer
• Create clear, professional emails and other written communication for internal & external use.
• Organize & maintain project-related documentation and support files.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, forms, and other materials required by the Design Team or Importation Officer.

Job Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Industrial Design/Interior Design/Architecture, or any related degree
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook). Assertive, detail-oriented, and excellent at prioritizing tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Arrangement:
• On-site work setup (Office-based, located at Tagdalit St. Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City)

Work Schedule:
• Mondays to Fridays (8:00AM - 5:00PM) & Saturdays (8:00AM - 3:00PM)
