As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base by identifying and qualifying potential leads interested in Eco Window products and services. Your role will involve implementing targeted lead generation strategies, leveraging your knowledge of Eco Window products and services to engage prospects, and nurturing relationships to facilitate successful conversions. Working closely with sales, marketing, and Eco Window stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
2. Identify and research target industries, verticals, and companies that align with our objectives.
3. Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, events, webinars, and content marketing to generate leads and drive engagement.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and content that highlights our Microsoft partnership and value proposition.
5. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and personalized outreach, to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
6. Engage with leads through effective communication, understanding their business needs, and positioning relevant Microsoft solutions to address their challenges.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
8. Utilize CRM tools to track lead interactions, manage pipeline activities, and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
9. Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information and insights to support the sales process.
10. Stay updated on Microsoft product offerings, updates, and industry trends to effectively articulate value propositions and address customer inquiries.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
3. Strong understanding of company products, services, and partner ecosystem.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools to manage leads and track activities.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
10. Passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.
