We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Branch Manager to lead and oversee multiple branch operations in Cagayan De Oro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining compliance across all assigned branches. This role requires strong multi-site leadership experience, sound operational and financial management, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the Cebu area to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate goals and ensure consistency across branches.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate branch managers to foster performance, accountability, and service excellence.
- Monitor and control operational expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary targets.
- Analyze sales trends, operational performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Ensure all branches comply with company policies, operational standards, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legislation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure branch compliance, risk mitigation, and overall quality control.
- Promote a culture of good governance, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability across the assigned locations.
- Prepare and present operational reports and business reviews to senior leadership.
