LBC Express, Inc. is looking for a Payroll Associate to handle end-to-end payroll processing, including validation, reporting, and final pay computation for both Philippine and international operations.

Work Location: Two E-Com Center, Harbor Drive, Pasay City
Work Setup: On-site

Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1 year payroll experience (Fresh grads with strong internships welcome)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- Discreet with handling sensitive HR information
- Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems
- With knowledge in any payroll system.
- Project management skills are a plus
