Position Title: Benefits Administration Services Associate (Agent)

Account: HR/ Human Capital Solutions

LOBs: blended voice (80%) & (20%) non-voice | pure voice

Salary offer: 22k-26k Php package + 15% night differential pay + performance-based incentives

Other benefits: 13th month, statutory benefits, HMO, group life insurance, leave credits

Work location: One E-com MOA Complex, Pasay (ONSITE)

Work schedule: night shift | weekends off

Job Description:

  • Handle HR inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with HR forms, systems, and processes.
  • Resolve payroll or record-related concerns.
  • Provide guidance and advocates for participants to coordinate benefits, services, and payments with outside providers and vendors.
  • Documents calls by creating detailed notes in the case management system.
  • May provide assistance to junior employees by answering questions or taking escalated calls with guidance.
  • Adheres to call center metrics and guidelines within established procedures.

Qualifications:

  • must have work experience in the BPO as a Customer Service for at least 1-2 years handling voice international accounts and role as a subject-matter expert.
  • Experience on handling HR shared services (in-house for an offshore company) is an advantage but not required
  • Good communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English.
  • completed Senior high school or at least 2nd year college level (if from the old curriculum).
  • must have all the necessary pre-employment and government documents (SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, TIN, school credentials, COE from previous employers, valid NBI clearance, etc.)
