Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Netsuite Developer with a passion for coding, a strong willingness to learn, and an interest in finance and accounting systems. You are someone who thrives in team settings, communicates effectively in English, and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions. What you'll do: Develop, customize, and integrate solutions within NetSuite and Microsoft Business Central ERP platforms . Collaborate closely with team members, architects, and occasionally clients to clarify requirements and deliver solutions. Communicate proactively to resolve ambiguities and ensure project requirements are met. Participate in internal meetings, knowledge sharing, and ongoing training. Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture and integrate fully with Squire’s staff. Occasionally join client calls to discuss technical aspects of solutions (not a primary client-facing role). What you'll need: A degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Willingness and ability to work U.S. business hours (time zone alignment is critical). Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes. Experience with ERP systems , particularly NetSuite, SuiteScript 2.0, and Microsoft Business Central . Understanding of finance and accounting concepts . Experience with API integrations and fundamentals . Prior exposure to ERP systems or SaaS/FinTech tools . Background in or exposure to CPA firm environments . Experience working in a consulting or client service setting .
