Job Summary:
The Business Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and facilitating communication between the company and its external business partners. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, a strategic thinker, and someone who can foster trust and collaboration to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals and strategic priorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions to clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and potential business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to demonstrate the value of products or services.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
Work closely with senior management to align business development strategies with overall organizational objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, business development activities, and account statuses in CRM systems.
Organize and attend business meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and develop new relationships.

Provide regular reports and feedback on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
1–3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
Ability to negotiate and manage contracts and agreements.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
