About the role As a Business Relationship Manager at Paratron Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and managing key client relationships. This full‑time position is based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, and is integral to the company's growth and success within the Information & Communication Technology industry. What you’ll be doing Establishing and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders Understanding client needs and requirements, and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives Collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality products and services that exceed client expectations Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in closing deals Providing regular updates and reports on client activity and account performance Actively contributing to the development of the company’s strategic partnerships and growth initiatives What we’re looking for At least 2 years experience as a Business Relationship Manager or similar client‑facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long‑term strategic partnerships Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience What we offer At Paratron Industries, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
