Business and Client Relations Associate

  • Ensure client success and satisfaction in delivering the review center's academic services
  • Coordinate with clients - students and parents ( enrollment, scheduling of classes and other student related affairs)
  • Assist in the daily office operations
  • Manage and update students' records for accounting purposes
  • Assist in resolving any operations and client concerns
  • Perform clerical tasks
  • Handle calls regarding academic services offered or availed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of Office Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Computer-related course, or a degree in a related field
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Has organizational skills and intermediate computer skills
  • Has a pleasing personality and can easily establish a good rapport with students
  • Has a good learning attitude and appropriate work ethics

  • Should be a team player but can work under minimal supervision once trained
