RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department, assisting with tasks related to recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and record-keeping. Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee data.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills: HR Assistants handle multiple tasks and deadlines, requiring excellent organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices: A basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures is helpful.
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee information requires a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy is crucial in HR tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
• Must have working laptop and desktop and WiFi/internet
• At least college graduate
• Fast learner
• Experienced with online-based work
