Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Administrator with experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering contracts for various construction projects, ensuring full compliance with local laws, company policies, and project specifications. This role is critical in supporting project delivery, cost control, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements in compliance with Philippine construction laws and regulations
Monitor contract performance and ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations, including scope, timelines, and payments
Maintain organized records of contract documentation, including variations, change orders, extensions, and claims
Support the bid and tender process by assisting with contract documentation and compliance checks
Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors, and procurement teams
Assist in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors regarding contract terms and conditions
Track contract timelines, deliverables, and billing schedules to ensure timely execution
Participate in resolving contractual disputes, claims, or issues with legal or commercial impact
Prepare contract close-out documents and final reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in contract administration or a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction laws, building codes, and government regulations
Familiarity with local standard contract forms documentation, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools
Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
