- Encode, update, and maintain accurate data in the company database or system.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data and records.
- Organize and file documents (digital or physical) for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain or verify data when necessary.
- Assist in data analysis, preparation of reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Must be okay with Night Shift Duty
