About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TEM Implementation Engineer to manage and support our test environments. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing environment-related activities while acting as a key support contact during testing and deployment phases. If you have a background in deployment support, environment configuration, and cross-team collaboration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate environment setup, refresh, and deployment activities for multiple applications
  • Ensure configuration accuracy, version control, and alignment of applications and infrastructure components
  • Monitor and manage environment availability with minimal downtime during test cycles
  • Act as the first point of contact (L1/L1.5 support) for environment-related issues and incidents
  • Troubleshoot and resolve environment problems in coordination with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams
  • Maintain clear documentation of environment configurations, deployment processes, and version histories
  • Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution or proper escalation
  • Participate in on-site deployment activities and provide remote knowledge transfer when necessary

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in deployment or environment management (L1–L2 support preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in process optimization and automation initiatives
