Job Overview: The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our international e-commerce operations, including the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong track record in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and international market expansion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of global e-commerce trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global e-commerce strategy to increase sales and market share across international markets.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including platform management, product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid search) to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and customer experiences.
  • Oversee website optimization efforts, including UI/UX improvements, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and adjust as needed.
  • Manages and ensures campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Stay current on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the global market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on international markets and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce and marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools, including Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce and familiarity with global markets, including compliance and regulatory considerations.
  • Familiarity with emerging e-commerce trends such as mobile commerce and voice commerce.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices.
