The Client is the first Australian-owned dedicated online fashion outlet. They are here to turn the concept of outlet on its head by breaking down the stigmas associated with off-price shopping; fashion is so much more than just the latest trends.

JOB DETAILS We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive specialized or with strong experience in e-commerce promotions to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in eCommerce operations, with a particular emphasis on promotions and marketplace management as they will play a critical role in driving sales growth through effective promotional set-up, management and removal post event periods. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the end-to-end process of setting up promotions on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement promotions effectively, including creating promotional codes, discounts, and bundling offers
  • Monitor promotion performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimizing promotional effectiveness
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform promotional strategies.
  • Oversee our presence on various online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. 
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities specific to each marketplace to maximize visibility and sales
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on promotions and marketplace management. 
  • Previous experience working with fashion retail industry is required
  • Excellent excel skills and highly process driven with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and promotional tools, such as Big Commerce, Marketplace, Mirakl, Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
