Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our e-commerce operations. You will lead a team to optimize the online shopping experience, increase website traffic, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer behavior in online retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the online marketplace.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media, to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
  • Implement strategies to increase website traffic through SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or clothing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI targets in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and Zalora.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of e-commerce professionals.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies and programming languages is a plus.
