What You'll Be Doing:

  • Creating and implementing a killer global e-commerce strategy to boost sales and dominate international markets
  • Running the show when it comes to e-commerce operations from platform management to order fulfillment
  • Leveraging various marketing channels like email, social media, and paid search to attract traffic and boost conversion rates
  • Diving deep into market research to uncover growth opportunities in both current and new markets
  • Teaming up with different departments to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and top-notch customer experiences
  • Keeping an eye on website optimization, including UI/UX enhancements and performance tracking
  • Tracking and analyzing e-commerce metrics to fine-tune campaigns and strategies for maximum impact
  • Ensuring campaigns are not only effective but also budget-friendly and in line with our company objectives
  • Staying ahead of the curve on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep us ahead in the global market
  • Leading and guiding a group of e-commerce pros to foster a collaborative and success-focused work environment

What You Need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
  • 5+ years of rocking it in e-commerce management with a focus on international markets and digital marketing
  • A solid track record of nailing e-commerce and marketing strategies that drive growth and profits
  • Expertise in e-commerce tools like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Mad skills in digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media ads
  • Analytical wizardry and a knack for using data to make strategic decisions
  • Top-notch leadership and project management abilities to inspire and lead your team to victory
  • Superb communication skills to collaborate across teams and cultures like a boss
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and juggling priorities like a pro
  • Fluency in English; knowing more languages is a bonus
