Marketing Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting the overall growth of our e-commerce solution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the early-stage success of a company with a compelling mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality, engaging content across formats (blog posts, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, case studies, and sales collateral).
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage and maintain our content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with the audience and identifying trends.
  • Website Management & SEO: Support optimization of website content and structure for SEO; ensure content is up-to-date and user-friendly; monitor website analytics for insights.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify audience needs, competitor activities, and industry trends; analyze marketing data and support reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion; ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints.
  • Brand Building: Act as a brand ambassador, identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and PR to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, startup, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrable content creation experience (writing samples preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

  • Experience at a startup or early-stage company.
  • A portfolio of successful marketing campaigns or content pieces.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of SMB challenges and needs.
