The Restaurant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and increase revenue. This role blends creative marketing strategies with data-driven decision-making to position the restaurants as premier destinations for culinary, beverage, and guest experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Development
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, annual marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Define and maintain brand identity across all touchpoints
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Networking and developing relationships which can be directly translated into revenue generation
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website, Google Business)
- Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the brand's tone and offerings
- Monitor online reviews and reputation management platforms (e.g., Zomato, TripAdvisor)
Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, menu launches, and special events
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to highlight signature experiences
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and media outreach
Guest Engagement & Loyalty
- Design and manage loyalty programs and CRM initiatives
- Analyze guest feedback and behavior to refine marketing strategies
- Organize community outreach and brand activations
Budget & Performance Management
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure ROI on campaigns
- Lead a small marketing team, 2-3 members
- Track and report performance metrics to senior leadership
- Liaise with external vendors (designers, photographers, PR agencies)

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B or luxury hospitality marketing
- Strong grasp of digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CRM platforms)
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills
- Passion for food, wine, and guest experiences
- Willing to work at BGC, Taguig
Job Type: Full-time
