BASIC FUNCTION

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role manages inventory, plans delivery routes, processes invoicing, and supervises stock transfers, while providing support to the delivery team, stores, and sales. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient logistics operations within the hub.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with the delivery team, stores, and sales to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Monitor, update, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
  • Plan and assign delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness.
  • Prepare, process, and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate staff for next-day stock transfers and dispatch readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to logistics activities.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned to support logistics operations.

QUALIFICATION GUIDES

  • At least College Level (Preferably BS Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field).
  • With prior experience as Logistics Staff or in a related logistics/warehouse role.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills.
