JOB QUALIFICATION :
Education : Preferably Vocational Graduate (any course)
Skills : Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel proficient)
Training : ISO Awareness
Experience : Advantageous if fresh Graduate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
COSWORTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Assist visiting customers by preparing the Customer Instruction Form and/or the Customer Supplied Assembly/Disassembly Item Form.
Submit accomplished Customer Instruction form to Sales Dept. Head for quotation.
Record incoming items in the Incoming Logbook and attach a tag.
Prepare a Receiving Report if necessary and submit it to the QC Section. Keep track of whether the Receiving Report is returned.
Oversee and coordinate the itinerary to meet all delivery and pick-up needs. Ensure that all company documents, vehicle keys, and company phones are returned properly by the end of the day.
Monitor the Autosweep and Easytrip load balances for all vehicles, as well as the due dates for vehicle stickers. Reload or apply for sticker renewals as needed.
Record vehicle maintenance history and the data usage of company phones assigned to the drivers.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Actively participate in meetings and company activities.
Work overtime when necessary.
SUPERIOR
Follow the instructions provided by the Sales Department Head, Admin and Finance Department Head, and Admin and Finance Assistant Manager.
Actively report to the Sales Department Head, Admin and Finance Department Head, and Admin and Finance Assistant Manager. This includes verbal and written report.
Provide ongoing input regarding unusual, serious or critical situations.
Recommend system improvements that would enhance the Section's effectiveness and efficiency.
CO-WORKERS / CUSTOMERS
Provide the customer with the Acknowledgment Receipt and/or Delivery Receipt along with the attached reports. Release the item.
Provide the Driver and Truck Helper with the Driver's Itinerary and/or Vehicle Request Form, along with the Acknowledgment Receipt and/or Delivery Receipt and any attached reports. Include a company phone, RFID cards and measuring tools if applicable.
Follow up Sales Support Staff regarding status of Job Order Review Forms without a purchase order.
GENERAL
Perform other tasks required that may not be written down in this job description to fulfill role as a Logistics Staff.
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time approved by the Management.

Pay: From Php20,850.00 per month
