CITICON is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance of our fleet comprised primarily of transit mixers, pumpcretes, and dump trucks. The Fleet Manager holds a strategic and managerial role, supervising the Maintenance Head and Maintenance Supervisors of each plant and ensures each team is efficient and effective.

Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations Oversight
  • Maximum availability and optimal utilization of transit mixers, dump trucks, pumpcretes, and support equipment.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols for drivers and maintenance personnel.
  • Monitor daily dispatch readiness in coordination with Operations.
Maintenance Oversight
  • Supervise and provide direction to the Maintenance Head and Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and approve preventive & corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure roadworthiness, compliance, and good running condition of all vehicles and equipment.
  • Establish and track fleet performance metrics (KPIs), including downtime and repair costs.
Strategic Planning
  • Develop medium- and long-term strategies for fleet expansion, replacement, and retirement.
  • Recommend and justify capital expenditures for vehicles and heavy equipment.
  • Implement fuel management and cost control measures.
Team Management
  • Provide accountability and mentorship to the maintenance teams.
  • Review performance and develop training programs.
  • Facilitate communication between maintenance, operations, and top management.
Budget & Reporting
  • Manage the fleet's operating budget (repairs, tires, fuel, spare parts).
  • Prepare timely reports on fleet performance and cost efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations to top management on equipment investment decisions, risk mitigation, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in fleet management within construction, logistics, or ready-mix concrete operations.
  • Strong background in maintenance planning, cost control, and safety compliance.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-branch operations and large-scale fleets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
