
Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to coordinate customer experiences in the logistics and fleet industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
- Manage leads in CRM by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
- Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
- Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with CRM systems (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
This is a full-time role that requires a proactive, organized individual who can handle both customer-facing tasks and back-end research to support our fleet operations.
