Value Chain Solutions, Inc. (VCSI) is a sales and distribution company, ensuring that the products of various companies reach their consumers. We are partners with various big companies, including but not limited to Procter and Gamble (P&G), Mead Johnson, and Monde Nissin.

As the Fleet Manager of VCSI, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our transportation and logistics functions, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and the proper maintenance of our vehicles under our P&G division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the transportation and logistics functions, including route planning, driver scheduling, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Analyzes transportation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of transportation and maintenance personnel
  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
  • Other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With demonstrated leadership experience in transportation and logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution industries
  • With experience in managing and optimizing transportation operations, including route planning, driver supervision, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of transportation and maintenance personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
