The Role

We are seeking English-speaking Content Moderators with a strong interest in Trust & Safety, risk-based content moderation, and a solid understanding of harmful content across social media platforms.

This role involves identifying and classifying content containing core risks, such as hateful and abusive language, malicious profiles, and sector-specific risks. You will also review imagery, videos, and audio to assess content type and narrative.

Accuracy is crucial in this role. The ability to process large volumes of data while maintaining high-quality outputs is essential.

  • Ability to work under time constraints to deliver high-quality results and meet Service Level Agreements
  • Passionate about quality and accuracy

  • Methodical and organized in your work
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently without close supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player
  • Additional languages are a plus but not required
