Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Identification and classification of content with core risks, such as hateful and abusive chatter, bad actor profiles, and sector-specific risks.
- Reviewing imagery, video, and audio to assess content type and narrative.
- Ensuring accuracy and processing large data volumes while maintaining high-quality outputs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills, with a high standard of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under time pressure to maintain high-quality outputs while meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Passion for quality delivery.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and confident working approach.
- Methodical approach to work.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing team member.
- Additional languages are desirable but not essential.
