Content Moderator

The Content Moderator role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for providing critical support to clients by answering phone calls, checking mail and internet mail, and communicating with customers through written correspondence.
Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
