Social Media Assistant


About the Role:

This is a dynamic and engaging role that involves creating and implementing effective social media strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and curating multimedia content, managing day-to-day interactions, and gathering insights on audience profile and engagement.

They will also create and oversee content calendars, collaborate with internal teams, and moderate conversations with the brand audience.

Additionally, they will research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to form strategic partnerships.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as solid organizational and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business, and at least 2 years experience in Social Media or related fields.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and curate engaging multimedia content to manage day-to-day interactions and inquiries.
  2. Gather insights on audience profile and engagement, industry-related trends, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
  3. Create and oversee content calendar, campaign schedules, and posts on various platforms.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotional initiatives.
  5. Moderate conversations, establish rapport with the brand audience, and manage reviews and feedback from customers.
  6. Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to form strategic partnerships.
  7. Assist in the creation of written content (captions, descriptions, etc.) for social media posts.
  8. Support the Ad Manager in the implementation of social media ad campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
  • At least 2 years experience in Social Media or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign.
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift.
