The NCR Voyix Restaurant Small-Medium Business (SMB) unit is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role will enhance our sales operations, supporting our growing team of field account executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate and improve sales processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend analysis, and reporting to management.
  • Partner with internal teams on strategic planning by identifying process improvements and providing sales support.
  • Assist in crafting analysis, strategies, and messaging for key accounts, including business reviews.
  • Use data to analyze customer segments, regions, and product lines to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the SMB Sales team as the main contact for Account Executives.
  • Address immediate sales challenges and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support deals.
  • Ensure Salesforce data hygiene and accuracy for reliable pipeline and forecasting.
  • In the future, handle inbound customer support calls and emails, providing operational support and troubleshooting.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Soft Skills:

  • Experience with SFDC and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Interest in developing policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work independently.
