Systems Support Analyst, Business Applications

Provide support to FBAP and all operating companies in the Asia Pacific region. Applications include (SFDC) Sales Cloud and in-house developed systems. Participate in implementation and enhancement projects, liaising with users on system requirements, solution design, and documentation. Focus areas include Sales and Marketing Processes, Campaigns, and CRM Business Operations.

Role Description

  1. Provide systems support according to SLA for the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Support and develop CRM systems, including troubleshooting integration issues and developing applications.
  3. Support system testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
  4. Update documentation and support data migration and middleware maintenance.
  5. Ensure compliance with JSOX/ISMS/Audit requirements.
  6. Manage change orders and conduct user requirements gathering and analysis.
  7. Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions based on user specifications.
  8. Lead or contribute to project delivery, managing resources and timelines.
  9. Collaborate with business users and vendors to improve system processes and resolve issues.
  10. Ensure security and compliance with company policies and information security standards.

Your Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  2. Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  3. Experience with architecture, configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lighting, Process Builder, SOQL.
  4. Good analytical skills, customer focus, and team orientation.
  5. Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  6. Proficiency in at least one core competency, e.g., Sales Cloud.
