We're looking for a Technical and Data Officer to join our Operations team and play a crucial role in managing fare matrix processes, AFCS updates, inventory, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Fare Matrix Management
    • Implement and maintain fare matrix updates in the system.
    • Ensure accuracy and timely communication of fare changes.
    • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in fare matrices.
  2. Automatic Fare Collection System (AFCS) Updates
    • Manage system updates and configurations for AFCS.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve AFCS-related issues.
  3. Inventory Management
    • Oversee the inventory of technical equipment such as GPS devices and electronic ticketing machines.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory releases and stock levels.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies.
  4. Administrative Support
    • Handle documentation, data entry, and reporting for the operations team.
    • Maintain organized records related to operational activities.
    • Assist in the overall efficiency of operational processes.
  5. System Monitoring & Technical Support
    • Monitor technical systems and perform routine checks for efficiency.
    • Address and resolve technical issues reported by the operations team or clients.

What We're Looking For

Education: At least a 2-year college level or vocational course in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in technical support, operations, or a related role. Experience in inventory management and administrative tasks is a plus.
Skills:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of fare matrix processes and AFCS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
