**Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology/Computer Science, or Economics with an interest in IT.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of operating equipment, including personal computers, IT systems, and internet browser applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
