Responsibilities

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority is seeking a qualified and experienced Training and Assessment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing data and other periodic reports.

Main Duties:
• 20% - Gather information related to researches and studies on Compliance Audit program and other programs of the Division
• 20% - Consolidate database of accomplished reports and process, analyze, and interpret data
• 15% - Prepare Terms of Reference, manual/guidelines, reports, and written communications
• 15% - Process data and other periodic reports
• 15% - Coordinate and monitor with concerned offices the implementation of related tasks
• 15% - Perform other related functions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
- 1 Year of relevant experience
- 4 hours of relevant training
- Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably NC and NTTC holder, TM level 1 Certified
- Exceptional skills in written and oral communication
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Possesses positive work values
- Good interpersonal relations
- Good Moral Character and work ethics
- Willing to work under pressure
