This position is responsible for managing a team that creates and executes email/SMS/mobile push services. The role includes managing resources, technology, and scope, and serves as a subject matter expert in digital information delivery technologies.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop complex and customized HTML email/SMS/mobile push code adhering to industry best practices and brand guidelines, closely matching original creative designs. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Performing quality checks
  • Scripting for dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation
  • Managing HTML content and related assets within clients' email/SMS/mobile push platforms
Contribute to new business development and RFP responses as neededCollaborate with internal team leads, including non-technical members, to handle escalations and resolve issuesWrite technical documentation and establish processes as neededStay updated with industry standards, innovations, and best practices in email/SMS/mobile push marketing, providing thought leadership and trainingMaintain basic knowledge of data related to HTML coding to troubleshoot critical list errorsSupport Lead Developers and internal team leaders in managing escalations and resolving issuesEnsure quality and accuracy of work; modify and implement SOP and QA procedures to mitigate risksAct as a point of escalation for senior developers in the team
