Senior Account Manager role at HAVAS Ortega

Responsibilities
  • Lead the agency's ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief, are delivered within the time frame and budget, and are suitable for presentation to clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients. Manage all customer retention activities and drive customer satisfaction through process improvement plans and efficient reporting and information flow.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Havas business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Prepare and design briefs; lead professional and persuasive output for all agency presentations. Present agency work to new business prospects and existing clients.
  • Schedule and manage internal meetings, including team briefings, regroupings, and coordination meetings.
  • Provide support to immediate leadership in handling all assigned accounts.
  • Oversee fiscal management of assigned accounts, including cost estimate preparation, internal and client approvals, and assisting finance in following payments and other fiscal matters.
  • Orchestrate well-planned execution of assigned projects, working with various support groups to deliver successful campaigns and events.
  • Ensure individual and team KPIs are met; monitor and finalize strategies and execution with the team.
  • Efficiently manage workload and accurately record time using the company timesheet system.
  • Perform special projects for Havas as assigned.
