Executive Assistant Role

JOB PURPOSE
Provides clerical and administrative support to the company President to ensure an effective and efficient flow of daily executive operations and needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides day-to-day clerical support to the executive office from answering calls, photocopying, mailing, receiving, and releasing documents.
- Facilitates communications – incoming mails, emails, calls, chats, etc. – and forwards them to the corresponding officers/staff in charge for immediate action/reply.
- Assists the President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondences; completing related reports; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
- Handles information that is sensitive, complex, and confidential in nature in a competent and professional manner.
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs office workflow in the President's Office, including ensuring that timelines are met.
- Maintains and monitors important documents.
- Assesses all business transactions and prepares accurate reports on findings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the President.
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
- A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business-related.
- With at least 3 years of experience in the role with experience in any business-related field.
