What you'll do:- Monitor incident report logs. Provide level 1 support for internal issues (remote/Actual).
- Report generation of the status of the ticket. Make recommendations for optimizing resolution to IT level 2 support.
- Accommodating user concerns.
- Bachelor's degree holder of any IT-related course
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
