Overview

St Trinity Property Group is one of Australia's fastest-growing property developers. We're looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, create compelling content, and deliver measurable growth across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all content across channels — including static, video, copy, voice, imagery, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Create engaging content that reflects the brand, resonates with property buyers and investors, and stands out in market.
  • Monitor digital and property media for trending stories, market insights, and opportunities relevant to our audience.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate, and social strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.
  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
  • Leverage our strong stakeholder network, including partners, industry experts, and influencers.
  • Manage the website during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Continually refine strategies to improve the customer journey and deliver a seamless digital experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a digital, content, or property marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of long-lead customer journeys (property and investment cycles preferred).
  • Experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms — with tailored strategies for each.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, social, and display advertising.
  • Experience working in omni-channel environments (website, CRM, customer care, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into qualified leads, community growth, and sales.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (essential).
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and execute strategies that exceed business objectives.
