We are looking for a HR Generalist who is highly organized and emotionally intelligent, thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support both administrative tasks and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Admin and People Operations (approximately 50%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clinic staff (medical assistants, clinicians) regarding schedules, time off, or payroll inquiries.
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our PEO platform (biweekly).
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies for each location.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues (e.g., disciplinary actions, policy disputes) to PEO support, including leadership.

Business and Sales Support (approximately 30%)

  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports.
  • Conduct patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms (Requires Business Associate Agreement).

General Admin Support (approximately 20%)

  • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions.
  • Help document and maintain internal SOPs.
  • Be accessible via phone, email, and text during EST business hours.
Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
