Job description
The SDC Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily sales documentation and control processes. This role is accountable for delivering business results, which includes securing and safeguarding buyers' documents and requirements. The manager is also responsible for managing and controlling project inventories with accurate pricing, payment terms, and unit details. Additionally, the role involves preparing contracts for sale and ultimately booking accounts. The SDC Manager also facilitates the approval and requests for sales commissions and incentives, as well as special requests from buyers.
- Efficient safekeeping and processing of all buyers' documents from reservation to contract to sell.
o Validation of property/buyer's details
o Validation of buyer's information in the System upon reservation of account to ensure accuracy of details and make necessary corrections if needed.
o Accuracy of price, payment terms and other details of reserved units recorded in the system
o Accuracy and monitoring of recorded accounts in the system which are qualified to be booked
Facilitate the approval of Special Request of Buyers
Preparation and release of Contracts to Sell to buyers
Sending of notices to sellers regarding concerns on their accounts e.g., buyers requirements
Respond to the need of sellers in relation to sold units
Timely and accurate preparation, review and request of seller's commissions and incentives
7 Preparation of management reports
8 Attend to concerns of the team and resolve operational or procedural issues
9 Facilitate monitoring of team members and ensure the accuracy of their output
10 Ensure proper delineation of assignments to team members to ensure correct and on-time delivery of output
11 Conduct regular performance evaluation on teams' performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
