We are looking for a Senior Category Lead to spearhead our Health and Beauty category. This is a strategic role where you'll lead category growth through data-driven decision-making, supplier partnerships, and customer-centric planning.

As the Senior Category Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our assortment, pricing, promotions, and overall strategy to meet evolving customer needs and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the end-to-end strategy of the Health & Beauty category (assortment, pricing, promotion, and placement).
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate optimal terms, pricing, and exclusivity deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to execute effective campaigns and ensure availability.
  • Innovate and introduce new brands and products to enrich the category and enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor landscape and identify differentiation strategies.
  • Drive category P&L and deliver on revenue, margin, and growth targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising, Brand, preferably in Health, Beauty, FMCG, or Retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for health & beauty trends and consumer behavior.
  • Leadership experience and a growth mindset.
