Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for:



Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing customer issues.



Using technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with other support operations/organizations to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution.



Collaborating with a world-wide team to support geographically distributed customers.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate must possess the following qualities:



Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.



Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



Good written and verbal communication skills.



Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:



A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.



Experience in performing problem determination and root cause analysis.



Knowledge of various diagnostics tools and technology platforms, including application servers, Java, HTML, CSS, Eclipse, JCL, COBOL, DB2, and SQL.



Operating system knowledge (Windows, UNIX, Linux).



Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams.



Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:



At least 2-4 years of technical experience in managing client expectations and satisfaction.



Good experience in managing client escalations.



Ability to present at conferences and engage face-to-face with customers.
