Role Overview:
- Daily transmittal of Coupa expense reports to Omniquest
- Daily transmittal of POs and printed honorarium requirements to Omniquest
- Daily sorting of mails received from provincial employees
- Coordinate with cargo suppliers for mailing of product inclusions, promo materials (allocated to PSRs)
- Assist OPS with their printing needs
- Create and monitor gate pass
- Order catering requests for district and divisional meetings (via Food Services)
- Facilitate room reservations for regional/divisional meetings (LD, KAP, C1 and C2)
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, and/or administrative functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- With the ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
- With excellent problem-solving skills
